Working legal outline

Terms outline — KodeProof

Working terms outline for KodeProof.

Needs counsel reviewThis page is intentionally noindex until the legal entity, jurisdiction, addresses, and final terms are supplied.

Working-status notice

This is a terms outline, not a final agreement. Product engagements, data handling, authorization, intellectual property, warranties, liability, and governing law require qualified legal review.

KodeProof scope

KodeProof provides scoped empirical evidence around declared change transactions. It does not provide formal proof, replace engineering review, or guarantee that every regression is detected.

Authorized and lawful use

  • use the site and any product only for software, repositories, systems, and data you own or are authorized to access;
  • do not use Kalu Kode products to copy, evade controls on, damage, or interfere with third-party systems;
  • do not submit credentials, secrets, unlawful content, or material you are not permitted to provide;
  • provide accurate ownership, authorization, and scope information when requested.

Research-stage availability

Features, contracts, command surfaces, evidence coverage, and availability may change. Early-access, assessment, and alpha work may be refused, paused, or narrowed when scope, authorization, security, or product readiness is unclear.

Evidence and uncertainty

Reports and product outputs describe configured evidence and known limits. Passing checks, replay, recovery, context, or a green verdict should not be interpreted as universal equivalence, complete historical truth, legal advice, or a guarantee against defects.

Intellectual property

The customer or operator retains rights in material they lawfully provide. Kalu Kode retains rights in its platform, tools, methods, schemas, documentation, and generalized improvements, subject to the final written engagement terms.

No warranty and liability outline

The sites and research-stage materials are provided on an as-available basis. Final terms must define warranties, exclusions, limitation of liability, indemnities, confidentiality, data processing, governing law, and dispute procedures.

Contact and changes

The production terms must identify the contracting legal entity, business address, monitored legal contact, effective date, change process, and any product-specific schedules before commercial launch.
